RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Owing to the digital nature of the products, and the immediate fulfillment of the order upon receipt, returns and refunds are not admissible.
You may, however, opt for a refund in case of payment being made but the online digital content being inaccessible due to any reason. The refund will be processed after it is confirmed that the customer is unable to access the said online digital content.
For Print magazine issues, you are eligible for a refund in case you do not receive an issue within your subscription period. The refund amount will be based on the number of issues not received by the customer. You can also opt for an extension of the subscription duration on a 1:1 ratio to the issues not received. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’ve not received any issue and wish to extend your subscription or get a refund in lieu of the same.
If eligible for a refund, the same will be processed through the original mode of payment. In case of the original mode of payment being unavailable or offline mode of payments, the same will be processed through an Account Payee Cheque or a Demand Draft in the name of the Billing Account holder. Refunds will not be processed in cash under any circumstances, owing to legal and logistical issues.
